Project Management
Training will be provided to ensure that operators are capable of independently
operating the equipment and system, performing routine maintenance, and handling common
faults and repairs.
Personal Training
At least 2 training sessions will be provided annually during the
warranty period. Global service support is available.
Service Response
24/7 technical support and operation &
maintenance services will be provided.
Spare Parts and Tools
Sufficient spare parts will be provided to ensure normal operation
of the equipment for 24 months, all necessary maintenance tools will also be included.
Regional offices are equipped with small spare parts depots.
